Vinho da Ordem White
The monks of various religious orders produced wine, in Vinha da Ordem, over the centuries, from the foundation of Portugal, XII century, justifying the name by which is known the ‘Vinho da Ordem’.
Unusual wine, with an orange color because of the fermentation with the grapes skins. Interesting to drink 10-12º C. Mineral smooth. In the mouth has a soft acidity, velvety tannins, with structure, body, persistent ending with dry vegetable.
