Uivo Vinhas Velhas Branco

White wine from very old vineyards naturally farmed with minimal intervention in the cellar. 12 months of aging in barrels and cement tanks.

This wine shows the old vines concentration with delightful aromatic and flavor intensity. Orange peel, amaro liqueur, saffron, fennel seed and dried apricots soar from the glass. The medium-bodied palate is moderately juicy and offers a pleasant roundness. It is all held intact by pleasantly dry tannins and high acidity, leading to a medium long finish.

Gastronomy:
Serve chilled, between 10-12°C (50-54°F). A complex and mysterious wine, full of structure, to enjoy with intense gastronomy.
