Natural sparkling wine made using ancestral method, without disgorging or added sulphites.

Tasting notes:
Pale yellow color, cloudy. Very delicate bubbles. Exuberant aroma, filled with ripe tropical fruits and wild flowers. Medium bodied, with a delicate acidity lingering in the mouth.

Gastronomy:
A young and seductive wine, particularly indicated for the warm seasons. Serve chilled, between 6-8°C (42-47°F), to enjoy by itself on a warm summer day or with delicate fishes, shellfish and salads.
