Tourónio Tinto

With a base on Touriga Nacional, we mix Sousão, Tinto Cão and Tinta Roriz. Aging for 12 months in used barrels. It has good acidity, soft tannins, fruit present. Vinification in stone tanks with controlled temperature, spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention like all other wines on the Quinta.
