Wine produced from the selection of the best grapes chosen at the entrance of the mill, from plots of vineyards in the producer of 7 of the best grape varieties in the region. The grapes, in cash whole, are trodden on foot, in granite presses, where the wine ferments with autochthonous yeasts; after fermentation, aging for two to three months and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by at least 18 months of aging in used barrels. Bottling at 30 months.
