Protótipo B1 White Field Blend

Wine produced from the selection of the best type grapes “blend field” / Old vines (100%). The grapes, previously de-stemmed, are mechanically pressed with separation of the first wort in “open spout”. Alcoholic fermentation complete with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks room temperature. Extended stage in fine lees, with “batonage”. Bottling, without filtration, at 12 months.
