Quinta da Palmirinha Azal

The farm's own vineyards conducted in certified biodynamics in Felgueiras, near Amarante, 400m away in loamy soil. Pneumatic press without maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tank. Aging for 8 months with batonage, without added sulfites and protected with Chestnut Blossom.

A wine composed of Azal grapes shows a lot of personality, starting with vibrant aromas of yellow fruit, peach, butter and a mineral touch. In the mouth it becomes expressive, dense, with excellent texture, balanced acidity and a very long aftertaste. It promises to develop gracefully in the bottle.
