Niepoort NAT'COOL Branco
As uvas provenientes da sub-região de Lousada, em solos essencialmente graníticos. A vinificação foi feita à moda antiga, com intervenção mínima, de forma a obter um vinho que relembra os vinhos naturalmente "turvos" de antigamente, sendo engarrafado cedo, deixando os últimos gramas de açúcar residual, com as borras finas, fermentarem em garrafa, originando ligeiro gás carbónico. A fermentação malolática ocorre igualmente em garrafa.
A cor é amarelo-citrino com laivos esverdeados e aspeto turvo. Os aromas transportam-nos no tempo e fazem lembrar os vinhos que antigamente se produziam na região dos vinhos verdes, com notas de levedura e citrinos. Na boca tem uma excelente acidez e um ligeiro gás que o torna ainda mais vibrante. É um vinho intencionalmente descomplicado e fácil de beber. Bem-vindo ao universo NAT COOL!
Grapes from the Lousada sub-region, in essentially granitic soils. The vinification was done the old way, with minimal intervention, in order to obtain a wine that recalls the naturally "cloudy" wines of the past, being bottled early, leaving the last grams of residual sugar, with the fine lees, to ferment in the bottle, generating slight carbon dioxide. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the bottle.
The color is citrus yellow with greenish tinges and a cloudy appearance. The aromas transport us back in time and remind us of the wines that used to be produced in the Vinho Verde region, with notes of yeast and citrus. In the mouth it has an excellent acidity and a slight gas that makes it even more vibrant. It is an intentionally uncomplicated and easy-drinking wine. Welcome to the NAT COOL universe!
