Nat Cool, naturally “cool and funky”, is an innovative concept created by Niepoort, a union movement between different producers with the objective of creating light and easy-to-drink wines. At Bairrada we created DrinkMe, the first NatCool, where we seek to show a different and elegant side of the Baga variety. An incredibly easy and straightforward wine that is drinkable. Very light in color, it shows a fresh and floral profile, very frank and expressive. The character of Baga and Bairrada are well present, with good notes of strawberry, dry roses and some spices. The mineral aroma, which reminds us of limestone and a markedly Atlantic climate. Fresh, direct and very seductive, it's a wine that doesn't weigh heavily, a wine that can be drunk very easily and that always invites us to have another glass. Very versatile in the gastronomic connection, where all you need is a table with friends to be successful. Serve chilled. Pure pleasure! Naturally cool!
