Humus Rose

Humus Rose is a fresh take on Touriga Nacional, aged in used barrel for 10-months. The wine is bottled completely unfiltered and unfined and is a textured, and rich style of rosé. Not your Southern French throwaway guzzler – this is a substantial wine, with bold flavors of wild red berries and the wild yeasts that completed the spontaneous fermentation. An ideal pair with shellfish, and the traditional Portuguese seafood rice.
