Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes with total destemming, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation without temperature control for 21 days. Fernão Pires, 2017, fermented in used French oak barrels and stainless steel vats, followed by a 6-month aging period on fine lees, without "batonnage". Arinto, from 2016, had skin maceration, fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, it aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months.
