Manual harvest for 15kg boxes. Total destemming followed of spontaneous fermentation in 1000Kg containers, without control of temperature for 4 days, ending in stainless steel tanks. 24 month internship in used French oak barrels (500 and 700L), bottled in July 2020.
Open ruby color, fresh on the nose with cherry notes as well fused with the gunpowder notes and smoke, well defined red fruit. Elegant, intense and fresh on the palate, good body, vibrant, with a long finish.
