Curral Teles "Alfa"

⍺ (Alpha) 2016: “Red Wine” - Vinifcation method now used by the Romans and the Cistercian monks. whole grapes paints trodden for 3 hours in Calcatorium. Next are pressed in a vertical press and then the must ferments and aging for 8 months in a cement vat. 

The final blend favors aromatic freshness, the tannins are ripe and fine, the wine is concentrated and elegant, with a fresh and mineral finish.
